 Shire Croft Playhouse
The Croft Kids Playhouse with it's upstairs attic, makes a perfect first home... but without the mortgage! The Croft is supplied compete with 1 opening and 2 fixed safety windows, however it is the internal platform with safety rail and ladder which is most appealing to children! The Croft comes pre-treated with a honey coloured preservative basecoat, but to ensure a long life we recommend that a top coat treatment is applied. Mineral roofing felt and Perspex® safety windows are included as standard. The Shire Croft Playhouse has been manufactured using smooth planed white pine from sustainable forests, and is available in 1 size; 5'6"x5'6". It has 12mm shiplap weatherboarding on the walls, 12mm t&g timber floor, 34x34mm framing, 11mm OSB roof, and an opening mortice & tenon window as standard. This playhouse has been manufactured to British Standard BS5665 EN71 for your child's safety.

Quality Construction
The Shire Croft Little House or Playhouse is manufactured with 34 x 34mm framing. It comes with 12mm thick tongue & groove cladding on the walls and floor, with an 11mm solid sheet OSB roof, and a small roof overhang. One opening & one fixed styrene windows are supplied as standard, and a complimentary diamond window is fitted in the door.

Preservative
All models in the Shire garden building range are supplied pre-treated with a quality, honey-coloured, non-toxic preservative base coat. This ensures that your garden building is ready to accept any preservative colour of your choice. The building show above has been painted for photographic purposes only.

Doors and Locking System
A single door 586mm wide is supplied with a black iron pull handle. A styrene glazed diamond is fitted in the door. No locking mechanism has been included.

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in a flat-pack modular design with smaller panels allowing for easy transportation through your house or garage!  Assembly is straight-forward for the competent DIY'er, and no professional experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 2-4 hours.

Optional Extras
This garden building is supplied as a full kit, complete with all necessary fixings, fastenings glazing and roofing materials. A window box is available as an optional extra for this model,price £19.95
