We deliver by PARCELFORCE and all deliveries are insured and tracked. A signature is required when the goods are delivered so please make sure someone's available to sign. The delivery cost for each product is shown in the online brochure. All prices are shown in £ Sterling , and are inclusive of UK VAT.
Most goods are delivered within 7-14 working days from when you placed your order. We'll notify you if a delay is anticipated. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm , Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we'll need a signature when the delivery is made. Please don’t hesitate to call or email us if you need to know the specific date of delivery
For larger items of furniture, our specialist couriers will ring you prior to delivery.
