Mistakes happen to the best of us. We think the trick is to learn from our mistakes. To make sure we do this, we want you to tell us if you're unhappy with the Baby Angels experience. You can phone us, write to us or e-mail us and we'll deal with your complaint as best we can. We'll do our best to resolve a complaint as we receive it or by the close of business on the next working day. If we need to take longer we'll let you know and tell you why.
